TEAM LOAD IN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Each team MUST bring maximum 5 team representatives (1 must be an adult) to off load your trailer/car and take items to PIT 
    • Load In Team Members must first come to the PAC Box Office Entrance (see map below)
  • To Enter, YOU SHOULD BE ON THE TEAM ATTENDANCE LIST AND ON THE TEAM ROSTER
  • Each load in team member gets a load in-wrist band
  • Once five team members have wrist bands, drivers proceed to the Load in area (see map below)
    • NOTE: DRIVER CANNOT LEAVE THE VEHICLE AT ANY TIME
    • Queue on Ring Road and wait for access to the small parking lot. Follow the instructions of University Police and Parking Services at all times.
    • Once granted access to the small PAC parking lot, follow instructions from FIRST load-in coordinators on where to park.
    • Pack for quick load/unload – large bins/NO loose items, bring dollies to help you transport your load
    • Team helpers should be waiting in the load in area before the team’s vehicle proceeds to the load in area to avoid traffic congestion
  • CHECK IN at the PIT ADMIN Desk that you have arrived. 
    • Teams will have 1 hour time from Load In time to set up your PITS 
  • Trailers, trucks and vans can park in lots W and X ONLY. See map here.
