FIRST LEGO LEAGUE CHALLENGE – YORK REGION QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT

FIRST LEGO League Challenge Qualifying Tournaments are an opportunity to celebrate the learning and accomplishments of the participating teams. At these events, teams will meet with judges to perform their Robot Design and Innovation Project presentations and participate in robot matches that referees will score. Participating teams will also be eligible for awards, which will be presented during the awards ceremony at the end of the day, and to qualify for the Provincial Championship event in January.

FIRST Tech Challenge events boost student confidence as they:

For remote events, teams compete independently with half-sized fields, respecting social distancing. They include remote judging for all awards, just like traditional events.
