The Greater Toronto Area is home to the largest Canadian regional FRC event. This marquee event attracts elite teams from the area and beyond. The level of play speaks for itself: the Greater Toronto Regional pit Canada's best robots under one roof. With 56 teams competing for the GTR championship title, additional space had to be setup in the Hershey Centre's adjacent practice arena. Here teams will setup their "pits" just like in NASCAR, where they will frenetically repair, and improve on their robots in between matches.
